He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana and the Central District of Illinois, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th and 7th Circuits, and the U.S. Supreme Court. He is also an active member of the Indianapolis and Indiana Bar Associations and the American Bar Association, among his other professional affiliations.
