Danyel N. Struble is a Partner at Brooke & Struble, P.C., and represents the people of Muncie, Indiana and Delaware County and all surrounding counties in legal matters of personal injury, wrongful death, estate planning, fire works law, and other types of litigation. Mrs. Struble has undergone specialized training as a Registered Civil Mediator and Domestic Relations Mediator and a Guardian Ad Litem.

At Ball State University in 2008, Mrs. Struble graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Criminology. Her first two years of undergraduate school were completed at Indiana University. She then went on to Valparaiso University School of Law, where she obtained a Juris Doctor in 2011. Admitted to practice in Indiana since 2011, she is also admitted to practice before the Indiana Supreme Court, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Indiana and for the Southern District of Indiana.

Mrs. Struble is a member of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, American Association of Justice, East Central Indiana Estate Planning Council, the Indiana Public Defender Council, the American Bar Association, the Indiana State Bar Association and the Muncie Bar Association. Her clients benefit from her well-rounded experience in cases involving everything from auto accident injuries to wills and trusts.

Mrs. Struble is enjoying her mediation practice in the civil and family law areas.ÿ Her estate planning practice involves beneficiary designations, advance directives, powers of attorney, last will and testaments and trusts.ÿ Mrs. Struble has been fascinated by the niche area of fireworks law that her firm specializes in.

Mrs. Struble was appointed to the Delaware County Public Defender Board in 2018 and has served as the Chairperson since that time.
