About Jack Gatlin

As a partner at Gatlin Voelker, PLLC, attorney Jack Gatlin represents clients in Cincinnati, Ohio, and northern Kentucky. His focus is on municipality law, complex litigation, small-business law, probate and litigation. This includes extensive experience in dispute resolution and strategic business planning. Throughout his career, he served as lead attorney in many legal issues, including breach of fiduciary duty, construction litigation, commercial lease litigation, title disputes and real estate litigation, major felony criminal defense, toxic torts and environmental law, and fire and theft losses.

A native of Louisville, Kentucky, Mr. Gatlin studied accounting and earned a Bachelor of Science at the University of Kentucky in 1998. He then attended the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor in 2001. Mr. Gatlin is admitted to practice in both Ohio and Kentucky and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio and the U.S. District Courts for the Western and Eastern Districts of Kentucky.

A member of the Ohio State Bar Association, Mr. Gatlin is also actively involved with the Kentucky Bar Association, the Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys, the Cincinnati Bar Association and the Northern Kentucky Bar Association, where he serves on the board of directors and is a Potter Inn of Court. He is the chairman of the board of trustees for the West End Real Estate Cooperative and the former Chairman of the Grant County Joint Industrial Development Authority and Cincinnati Real Estate Cooperative.
