Attorney Frank Campbell is the managing partner of the Sims & Campbell law firm in Annapolis, Maryland. Certified in estate planning and possessing more than 23 years of legal experience, Mr. Campbell is admitted to practice in Maryland, Virginia and New York. He focuses his practice almost exclusively on estate planning, trusts, and estate and trust administration.

Throughout the course of his career, Mr. Campbell has achieved notable success assisting his clients with protecting their assets and planning for their eventual health care needs and other future contingencies. He finds great reward in being able to help his clients establish their final wishes and in creating a lasting legacy for their heirs and loved ones.

A 1993 graduate of Towson State University, Mr. Campbell obtained his Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law in 1996. He also earned his Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2012. Through his in-depth knowledge regarding state and federal tax laws, Mr. Campbell helps his clients reduce their estate's overall tax burden, thereby preserving the bulk of their wealth for future generations. A former military servicemember, he served as Judge Advocate for the U.S. Marine Corps before entering private practice.

Committed to his local community as well, Mr. Campbell volunteers his time and services with the YWCA of Anne Arundel County, and he has served on the board for the Boys and Girls Club of Annapolis and other charitable organizations in his area.
