Attorney Anthony DiPaula is a solo practitioner based in Bel Air, Maryland. The owner and founder of the Law Offices of Anthony J. DiPaula, P.A., Mr. DiPaula practices business litigation, construction litigation, criminal defense, estate planning and probate law. He serves clients in Bel Air, Columbia, Towson and throughout the greater Baltimore area.
Mr. DiPaula has been practicing law for over 35 years. He is the recipient of various honors and awards for his achievements, including an AV Preeminent* peer review rating from Martindale-Hubbell. Additionally, the Maryland Daily Record included him on its ?A-List? and in 2014 SmartCEO magazine selected him as a finalist for its ?power player award? for attorneys.
An active participant in his legal community, Mr. DiPaula is a member of the Hartford County Bar Association?s Executive Council, the Baltimore County Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He is also involved in the Maryland State Bar Association and belongs to the Construction Law, Estates & Trust Law and Family & Juvenile Law sections.
Community involvement is important to Mr. DiPaula. He sits on the board of the Route 40 Business Association and the Society of Italian American Businessmen and belongs to the Hartford County Chamber of Commerce. He is a former president and board member of the Associated Italian American Charities. He has also served as a youth sports coach.
Mr. DiPaula earned a bachelor?s degree in political science from Loyola University Maryland and received his law degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law. He holds licenses to practice law in Maryland and the District of Columbia, as well as before several federal courts and the Supreme Court of the United States.
