Richard S. Chisholm is a partner in WardChisholm, LLP, headquartered in Bethesda, Maryland. Mr. Chisholm became a certified public accountant (CPA) in 1987, and received his Juris Doctor degree from Howard University School of Law in 1994. He holds a license to practice in all Maryland state courts as well as before the U.S. Tax Court and the Supreme Court of the United States.
A frequent lecturer and consultant to other attorneys and tax professionals, Mr. Chisholm has established himself as a skilled, experienced advisor with extensive knowledge in estate planning, business planning, and tax planning and compliance issues.
