The founder of The Law Offices of Richard B. Rosenblatt, PC, Richard B. Rosenblatt provides a variety of services for his clients. Located in Rockville, Maryland, he assists people and businesses in Montgomery, Prince George's and Frederick counties and other parts of the District of Columbia metropolitan area who are overwhelmed by their financial obligations to obtain relief by filing for bankruptcy under Chapters 7, 11 or 13. He also helps people who have been victims of domestic violence obtain protective orders, and he regularly reviews and prepares prenuptial and post-marital agreements. He also defends people who have been charged by the state with driving under the influence or other offenses. Majoring in general business, Mr. Rosenblatt attended the University of Maryland, College Park, and he received a Bachelor of Science cum laude in 1984. His legal education was obtained at the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, and he was awarded his Juris Doctor summa cum laude in 1987. He is admitted to practice in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia and before several federal courts.
