Attorney Francis R. Mule focuses his practice on estate planning, estate and trust administration, and elder law at Samuel, Sayward & Baler LLP in Dedham, Massachusetts. He helps clients throughout eastern Massachusetts to plan for the future, preparing for health care needs, estate and wealth management and family protection such as guardianships, long-term care and special needs trusts.

Professional development and participation in the legal community are important to Mr. Mule. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and has been serving as a board member and as co-chair of numerous committees within the association for several years. He is also a Foundation Fellow of the Massachusetts Bar Foundation, and he is a member of the Massachusetts LGBTQ Bar Association. As a member of the LGBTQ community, Mr. Mule is committed to addressing the special considerations that many nontraditional families have when creating their estate plans.

Mr. Mule graduated with honors from the Rochester Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science and then went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Northeastern University School of Law in 2013. Licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and in New York, he shares his legal experience and knowledge with others in the profession through publications and speaking engagements.
