Eric P. Rothenberg is a partner at Orsi Arone Rothenberg Turner, LLP. Located in Needham, Massachusetts, and representing business and individual clients throughout the greater Boston metropolitan area, he focuses his practice primarily on federal and state tax planning matters, including tax-free exchanges, bitcoin and other cryptocurrency tax strategies, purchases and sales of businesses, partnerships, and the tax treatment of startup companies. Mr. Rothenberg also assists clients with the preparation of their tax returns, and he has appeared on their behalf before the Internal Revenue Service, the United States Tax Court, and the Massachusetts Department of Revenue.

In addition to his tax practice, Mr. Rothenberg also assists clients with the preparation and review of wills, trusts, health care and financial powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents. Admitted to practice in Massachusetts and the District of Columbia, Mr. Rothenberg is also admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court. A graduate of Cornell University, he holds a Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law and a Master of Business Administration from the Boston University Questrom School of Business.
