About Simon B. Mann

The founder of and managing partner at Mann Law Firm P.C., Simon B. Mann has developed an excellent reputation as an injury and civil rights lawyer. Located in Needham, Massachusetts, a large portion of his practice is devoted to personal injury and wrongful death litigation, in which he provides assistance to clients throughout the Greater Boston metropolitan area who have suffered economic and noneconomic losses due to the negligence or recklessness of other persons or entities. Mr. Mann also has experience in labor and employment law, representing both employers and employees in matters involving workplace discrimination, noncompete agreements, severance packages, and management counseling.
