Judith M. Flynn is an elder law attorney in Quincy, Massachusetts, at the firm of Falco & Associates, PC. She has dedicated her entire career to helping the elderly and people with special needs, and their caregivers, deal with complex legal issues.

With an exclusive focus on elder law, estate planning and special needs planning, Judy works closely with clients to develop holistic and comprehensive plans that can be revised over time as situations change.ÿ She handles all aspects of elder law, with a particular focus on helping clients to obtain in-home care benefits and nursing home coverage, while maximizing spousal and other protections. With a career spanning two decades, she has assisted people with all aspects of long-term care planning, estate planning, crisis planning, guardianships and conservatorships, trust and probate administration, and fiduciary litigation.ÿ

Attorney Flynn graduated from the University of Massachusetts - Boston in 1994, summa cum laude, and was the recipient of the T. Scott Miyakawa Memorial Prize in sociology. She then attended Suffolk University Law School to obtain her Juris Doctor, cum laude, in 2001. She holds memberships in organizations such as the Massachusetts Bar Association and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA). She is currently on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of NAELA, serving as Secretary.ÿ After serving on the Board of the Massachusetts Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (MassNAELA) for several years, Flynn served as President in 2014. Flynn also served as President of the Massachusetts Guardianship Association for two years, in 2010 and 2011.

In addition to being considered one of the region?s top elder law attorneys, Flynn has been honored with numerous awards and honors, including Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly?s Top Women of Law and Boston Magazine?s Five Star Wealth Manager award.ÿ She received the National Guardianship Association?s Outstanding Affiliate Member Award and multiple President's Awards from MassNAELA. Flynn was also inducted into the South Boston Sports Hall of Fame for running/track. In addition to publishing articles in various journals, she has also lectured at conferences and events on a variety of elder law issues.
