Amy R. Tripp is an elder law attorney at Chalgian & Tripp Law Office PLL in Jackson, Michigan. Ms. Tripp has over 20 years of experience representing clients throughout Michigan in matters involving estate planning, probate administration, guardianships, trusts and wills and related elder law issues.ÿ

After completing her bachelor?s degree, Ms. Tripp graduated from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School. She holds a license to practice law before all Michigan state courts. She provides valuable guidance and counsel to her elder law clients and is a strong litigator in the courtroom. She has earned a reputation as a knowledgeable and experienced attorney and is a frequent author and speaker on elder law and estate planning topics.ÿ

Over the course of her career, Ms. Tripp has received a number of honors from professional and community organizations as well as recognition in publications including The Best Lawyers in America and Leading Lawyers magazine. She is a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and holds a certification in probate and estate planning through the State Bar of Michigan Probate & Estate Planning Section and the Institute of Continuing Legal Education.

An active member of her professional community, Ms. Tripp belongs to the Jackson Area Estate Planning Council, the State Bar of Michigan, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Academy of Special Needs Planners, the National Alliance on Mental Illness and the Special Needs Alliance. She devotes a portion of her time to community service, serving on many boards and committees for local organizations.ÿ
