Ms. Kutz-Otway graduated cum laude from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, now known as Western Michigan University Cooley Law School, and she earned a certificate in probate and estate planning from The Institute of Continuing Legal Education and the State Bar of Michigan. She is licensed to practice law before all Michigan state courts, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.
