In 2011, Ms. Grover obtained her Juris Doctor from Wayne State University Law School. That same year, she received her license to practice from the State Bar of Michigan, and she immediately joined a prestigious area law firm where she honed her legal skills before establishing her own private practice in 2014.

While pursuing her legal degree, Ms. Grover completed an internship with the Free Legal Aid Clinic, and she also had the opportunity to work with the elderly at the Elder Law and Advocacy Center. Accredited by the Veterans Administration, she represents former servicemembers with their benefits appeals, and in 2010 and 2011, she received the President's Volunteer Service Award for her exceptional contributions.
