About Rebecca A. Randen

As a family law and collaborative divorce attorney at Randen, Chakirov & Grotkin LLC, Rebecca A. Randen represents clients in the state of Minnesota. Along with handling family law matters, she also has experience managing estate planning, helping clients get their affairs in order to provide peace of mind about their futures. As someone who is extremely aware of the needs and emotional states of others, she is passionate about solving problems and providing solutions that offer the best futures for her clients.

Admitted to practice in the state of Minnesota, Ms. Randen earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish language and literature from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities. She then moved on to law school at William Mitchell College of Law (now the Mitchell Hamline School of Law), where she graduated in 2014 with her Juris Doctor degree. Since passing the bar, she has worked for several different firms and is now partner and shareholder of her current firm.

Ms. Randen is a member of the Ramsey County Bar Association and the Minnesota State Bar Association. She is fluent in both Spanish and English and is proficient at conversational Norwegian. An active member of her community, she serves as a community mediator for Community Mediation & Restorative Services, Inc., and as a volunteer attorney with the Volunteer Lawyers Network.

Co-founder of the La Nueva Esperanza support group, Ms. Randen understands the benefits of emotional support as clients work their ways through the legal system. As a collaborative divorce attorney, she understands how valuable negotiation can be but is also unafraid to take a case to court if necessary to protect her clients.
