A partner at Krueger, Juelich & Schmisek, PLLC, Elizabeth Juelich commits her practice to resolving family matters and estate planning throughout the Twin Cities area, including Minnetonka, Plymouth, Wayzata, and Edina. Ms. Juelich handles cases involving the following matters: divorce, spousal maintenance (alimony), child custody and parenting time, child support, allegations of abuse, mental health and chemical dependency concerns, executive compensation issues, closely-held businesses, complex property division, antenuptial (prenuptial) agreements, post-decree matters and modifications, orders for protection, wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives.

Ms. Juelich presents and has been published at both national and state forums on topics including tax issues, spousal maintenance, child support, dividing employee stock awards and retirement benefits, complex assets, executive compensation issues, qualified domestic relations orders, post-decree modifications, and estate planning considerations in divorce.

Ms. Juelich enjoys giving back to the community by providing pro bono estate planning services to first responders through the Wills for Heroes program; preparing tax returns for low-income individuals; serving on the board of Two Rivers Community Land Trust, a nonprofit providing affordable housing for low- and moderate-income individuals and families in Washington County, Minnesota; coaching and judging mock trial competitions; and mentoring law students and newer attorneys. Ms. Juelich has been honored for her pro bono work by receiving the North Star Lawyer certification, a designation given to attorneys who provide 50 or more hours of pro bono legal services in the year, from the Minnesota State Bar Association each year since the program's inception in 2012.

In order to remain engaged with current trends in her practice areas, Ms. Juelich holds memberships with the Association of Family & Conciliation Courts, and the Family Law Section and Probate and Trust Law Section of both the Hennepin County Bar Association and the Minnesota State Bar Association.
