Attorney Gregory Singleton is the founder and owner of Signature Law, PLLC, in Minneapolis, Minnesota. While many attorneys merely download and fill out templates, calling it an "estate plan", Mr. Singleton takes a personalized approach to estate planning, preparing customized estate plans for clients based on their specific circumstances. His goal is to make sure your estate plan is efficiently and economically done while being effective in achieving your goals. Billing is primarily done using flat fees so that clients can take the time to work with him without feeling nickel and dimed. Rather than having an expensive downtown office (with expenses that would need to be passed on to his clients), Mr. Singleton elects to use a 'virtual office', meaning that most work is done remotely, and when it comes time to do the signing he comes to your house; all you have to do is provide a couple of witnesses.ÿ

A 2001 graduate of the University of Washington, Mr. Singleton obtained his Juris Doctor magna cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2013. He he received the school's Public Service Award his final year and been awarded as a North Star Lawyer twice in his career for pro bono service. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota, the Minnesota Supreme Court and the U.S. Tax Court.

Before finding his calling and opening his practice to focus on estate planning, Mr. Singleton practiced complex commercial litigation, arguing multi-million dollar cases in court. In a former life he was a contract negotiator and draftsman, drafting and negotiating multi-million dollar and multi-billion dollar deals. Mr. Singleton has served seven years as a volunteer investigator for the 4th District Ethics Committee, and he sits on the board of Tools for Teens. He was also the founder of Singleton Financial Services.

Mr. Singleton is a regular speaker about estate planning, offering free online seminars about estate planning (wills, trusts, and other devices) and probate.
