After graduating with high distinction from the University of Minnesota in 2009, Mr. Wagner returned to his alma mater and attended the University of Minnesota Law School, where he obtained his Juris Doctor magna cum laude in 2013. While in law school, he earned recognition as a Community Engagement Scholar for his outstanding contributions to public service.

A leader in his legal community, Mr. Wagner has served as president of the board of the Elder Network, and he is an active member of the Rochester Estate Planning Council, the Olmsted County Bar Association and the Minnesota State Bar Association, among his other professional affiliations. He also volunteers his time and services with the Legal Assistance of Olmsted County Volunteer Attorney Program, where he received the organization's New Volunteer Attorney of the Year award in 2014.

Mr. Wagner also serves as the president of the Rochester Rotary Risers, and he is highly active with the St. Pius X Catholic Church and other civic, charitable and faith-based organizations in his area.
