John is a former co-chair of the Trusts and Estates Section of the Ramsey County Bar Association, and currently a member of Minnesota State Bar Association Litigation and Dispute Resolution Committee - Probate Section.ÿ He most recently participated in a panel of Estate Planning attorneys in a Continuing Legal Education presentation to members of the Ramsey County Trusts & Estates section and has shared his legal experiences in other CLE programs including probate litigation and power of attorney questions. ÿJohn also serves on the Ramsey County District Court Attorney Panel that provides legal representation to persons that are the subject of guardianship and conservatorship petitions.ÿ
