About Donald W. Paule

Admitted to practice in Missouri in 1967, Donald W. Paule represents people throughout St. Louis and the surrounding regions in a number of business and corporate law matters. He is a founding partner of Paule, Camazine & Blumenthal, P.C., where he handles cases that involve arbitration, trusts and estates, real estate and tax planning.

Mr. Paule?s career is built on a solid education. After he earned a Bachelor of Science in engineering science in 1964 from Washington University in St. Louis, he went on to receive a Juris Doctor in 1966 from the Washington University School of Law. He later earned a Master of Laws in taxation from the Washington University School of Law in 1978.

As an accredited estate planner with the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils, Mr. Paule guides individuals and business owners through the complexities of probate, trusts and succession planning. He is also a commercial disputes arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association, which hones the skills he uses daily at his practice.

An active member of the legal community, Mr. Paule is involved with The International Association for Attorneys for Family-Held Enterprises, the Family Firm Institute and the Estate Planning Council of St. Louis. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, the Supreme Court of the United States and the U.S. Tax Court.

Mr. Paule has been recognized for his successes, having been listed in Who?s Who in American Law and The Best Lawyers in America.

When he is not at his practice, Mr. Paule serves as an adjunct professor of taxation and business law at Washington University in St. Louis.
