He also received his master's of law in taxation with honors from the same in 2000. He is admitted to practice in Florida as well as Nevada.

Active in his legal community, Mr. Cassady is a member of the State Bar of Nevada's Probate and Trust Law Section and the American Bar Association's Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Section. He is also a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, The Federal Bar, The Florida Bar and the Clark County Bar Association.
