Marjorie A. Guymon is the managing partner of Goldsmith & Guymon, PC, a law firm in Las Vegas, Nevada. With more than 20 years of legal experience, Ms. Guymon practices bankruptcy and family law, and also handles estate planning matters involving both in and out of state probate litigation, trusts and wills. She also has experience with high net worth divorce and guardianship cases. Her practice serves Las Vegas and surrounding areas such as Henderson, Summerlin and The Lakes.

A graduate of Weber State University, Ms. Guymon earned her law degree from Brigham Young University's J. Reuben Clark Law School. She is licensed to practice in both Nevada and Utah, as well as before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States.

Ms. Guymon is an active member of professional organizations, including the Clark County Bar Association, the State Bar of Nevada, the American Bar Association and the Southern Nevada Association of Women Attorneys. She also belongs to the American Bankruptcy Institute, the Southern Nevada Association of Bankruptcy Attorneys and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.

Ms. Guymon has received several awards and honors over the course of her career. The attorney peer-review service Martindale-Hubbell rated her AV Preeminent,* its highest rating. She has also been recognized for her pro bono contributions to her local legal community. In 2011, she was named pro bono attorney of the year from the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada, and her firm has received a number of awards over the past several years in recognition of its pro bono work.
