Ms. Evans graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2006 with a bachelor?s degree in biology, with a minor in psychology. She earned her law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida. She is licensed to practice law before all Nevada state courts and the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada.
