Mr. Luszeck graduated magna cum laude from Brigham Young University?Hawaii with a Bachelor of Arts in 2002. He then moved on to law school at Indiana University Maurer School of Law, where he was a member of The Order of Barristers. In 2005, he graduated with his Juris Doctor, and he is now admitted to practice in the state of Nevada and before the United States District Court for the District of Nevada.
A member of the American Bar Association, Mr. Luszeck is involved with a long list of additional legal organizations. These include the following: the Clark County Bar Association along with the organization?s Community Service Committee, the Continuing Legal Education Committee of the State Bar of Nevada and the Publications Committee of the State Bar of Nevada.
In 2019, Mr. Luszeck was given the Clark County Bar Association?s Volunteer of the Year Award. He also teaches seminars and classes for the Nevada Wealth Counsel Forum, the National Business Institute and the Clark County Bar Association.
