He went on to earn a Master of Law in taxation from the University of Miami in 1986. Today, Mr. Freireich is admitted to practice law in the states of New Jersey, New York, Florida and Pennsylvania, as well as before the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Tax Court, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, and the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the 2nd and 3rd Circuits.

He has assisted clients in multimillion-dollar tax matters and given lectures in continuing legal education seminars.
