Attorney Anthony J. Cervi is a sole practitioner at Anthony J. Cervi, Attorney at Law in Buffalo, New York. Mr. Cervi practices in the areas of family law, personal injury law, probate law and real estate law. He has experience with general civil and commercial litigation matters and handles cases involving divorce and child custody, as well as with representing plaintiffs in catastrophic injury matters.

Mr. Cervi serves clients in the Buffalo and Niagara metropolitan areas, including Amherst, Clarence, Depew, East Aurora, Grand Island, Hamburg, Kenmore, Lackawanna, Lancaster, Lewiston, Lockport, Niagara Falls, North Tonawanda, Orchard Park, Tonawanda, West Seneca and Williamsville. He has more than 15 years of experience and is dedicated to protecting the best interests of his clients.

In addition to running his law firm, Mr. Cervi is a judge in the Town of Lancaster drug court. He is a U.S. Army veteran, a lifetime member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and a former school board member for the Maryvale School System. He is involved in his legal community as well and an active member of the Bar Association of Erie County, the New York State Bar Association and the New York State Defenders Association.

Mr. Cervi received a bachelor?s degree, dual majoring in criminal justice and political science, from Buffalo?s Canisius College, and earned his law degree from Creighton University School of Law in Omaha, Nebraska. He holds an active license in New York and before the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of New York.
