Brittni Sullivan, an attorney at Burner Law Group, P.C., located in East Setauket, New York, focuses her practice solely on estate planning and elder law matters. Serving all of Long Island and New York, she is fully operational in Westhampton Beach, East Setauket, New York City and East Hampton.

Ms. Brittni joined the firm as an intern and was invited to be a part of the firm after her graduation. With over six years of legal experience, she zealously advocates for her clients? rights and provides sound counsel to them. Ms. Brittni keeps her clients well informed and helps them understand the complex legal jargon of estate planning and elder law by explaining them in a simple and concise manner. ÿ

Graduating magna cum laude, Ms. Brittni has a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and government from Iona College, where she was a member of the mock trial team. She obtained her Juris Doctor from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University.

While in law school, Ms. Brittni was awarded the Linda Carmody-Roberts Scholarship because of her interest in the estate, trusts and elder law fields. Actively involved in community service, she also served as a Public Justice Foundation fellow. She was the recipient of the title ?Outstanding Woman in Law? by the law school?s Center for Children, Families and the Law and Long Island Business News.

Affiliated with the legal community, Ms. Brittni has memberships in the New York State Bar Association, the Suffolk County Bar Association and the VIBS Elder Law Committee. She is also a member of the Trusts and Estates Section of the New York State Bar Association and the Elder Law Section of the Suffolk County Bar Association.

Ms. Brittni is admitted to practice throughout the state of New York. She has written extensively on important elder law, trusts, guardianships and Medicaid issues, and her work has been published in prominent publications. She has also spoken at various seminars about assisted living facilities, estate planning and so on.
