Mr. Barrows attended Binghamton University, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Politics and Law in 2000. He then attended law school at Brooklyn Law School, where he earned his Juris Doctor in 2003. Featured in the New York Post and the New York Times, he manages cases at both the appeal and trial level, and has successfully defended and prosecuted commercial, criminal and civil actions.

Admitted to practice in the state of New York and the District of Columbia, Mr. Barrows also takes clients from Staten Island, Queens, the Bronx and Brooklyn. He is also admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit, the United States District Court for the Western District of New York, the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.

In both federal and state courts, he has experience managing cases regarding commercial collections, employer and employee disputes, breach of fiduciary duty, unlawful transfer of assets, theft, mismanagement, fraud and fraudulent inducement, shareholder disputes and breach of contract.
