Before establishing her own practice, Ms. Arden Besunder worked for more than 10 years as a commercial litigation attorney at a prominent national law firm. In this role, she assisted clients in the fashion industry with trademark and copyright infringements and combatting counterfeits. She also has extensive experience representing attorneys in disciplinary hearings before the Second and Eleventh Judicial Districts' Grievance Committees as well as advocating on behalf of the First Amendmentÿrights of small entertainment companies.

Through her estate planning and administration practice, Ms. Arden Besunder delivers exceptional counsel and support to clients to help them protect themselves and their assets for the future while also assisting them with creating lasting legacies for their heirs and loved ones. A 1995 graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo, Ms. Arden Besunder obtained her Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School in 1998. She holds her license to practice in New York and Massachusetts, she is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.

A leader in her field, Ms. Arden Besunder has numerous publications to her credit, and she has conducted many lectures and continuing legal education seminars across her region on a variety of topics ranging from estate planning to social media and ethics. She also serves on the adjunct legal faculty at Columbia Law School, where she teaches classes on estate planning.

Moreover, Ms. Arden Besunder is the former co-chair of the New York State Bar Association's Special Task Force on Privacy Law, and she currently serves as a member of the association's Technology Committee and its Committee on Professional Discipline. She is also a member of the Brooklyn Bar Association.
