Attorney Gary B. Schreiner is the founder and owner of The Schreiner Law Group P.C., with offices in Mineola, New York. An Accredited Estate Planner (AEP) from the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils, Gary is able to provide a high level of representation to those he serves, with a suburban price structure. Prior to becoming an attorney, he led a successful career in the trust divisions of several prominent financial services companies in New York, where he assisted his clients with administering their trusts and the estates of their loved ones.

In these roles, Mr. Schreiner served as trustee or co-trustee in many cases, and he gained extensive experience with new business development initiatives as well as serving the needs of innumerable high net worth clients. From his efforts, he has earned consistent top rankings and endorsements from his peers along with numerous testimonials and referrals from his satisfied clients.

Gary is a member of the Trust and Estates Section of the New York State Bar Association and the New York City Bar Association.ÿ He is also active with the Nassau County's Estate Planning Council, and helped establish the International Network of Boutique & Independent Law Firms. He has also conducted lectures and seminars across his region on a variety of legal topics.

A 1974 graduate of The American University with a Bachelor of Arts in political science, Gary obtained his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School in 1977.

Gary is the lucky husband of Gail, for 43 years, and proud father of Erin and Liza.ÿ He splits his time working remotely between his apartment in Brooklyn Heights, and home in Saranac Lake, NY when he is not in the office.ÿ Because of this, we are now arranging appointments in Brooklyn, NYC, and in Lake Placid, when safe and convenient.
