In addition, I represent executors, fiduciaries, and trustees in administering estates with the Surrogate's Court, carrying out the terms of a lifetime trust, or communicating with the IRS on estate tax audits.I also assist not-for-profit organizations in obtaining federal tax-exempt status, updating their Bylaws, creating supporting organizations, or assisting with membership issues. I am motivated to provide the Boards of not-for-profit organizations a road map to best carry out their charitable activities.
