As an estate planning attorney and founding partner at RK Law located in Manhattan, Regina Kiperman represents clients in the New York metropolitan area in matters of estate and probate administration, estate litigation, guardianship (contested and uncontested), estate planning, kinship hearings, special needs planning, and elder law.ÿ

Ms. Kiperman has extensive experience with both simple and complex probate and estate administration matters, including cousin cases and cases involving unknown heirs or heirs whose whereabouts are unknown. She has also handled kinship hearings (both as counsel for claimants and as court appointed guardian ad litem).

Ms. Kiperman is a skilled estate litigator, has handled Will contests, discovery and turnover proceedings, contested accountings, and proceedings to compel Wills, Trusts, and legacies. She has negotiated creative settlement agreements on behalf of her clients.

Fluent in both Russian and English, Ms. Kiperman has extensive estate planning experience and can prepare Wills and a variety of trusts. No matter how complex the problem, Ms. Kiperman is confident that she can come up with a creative and practical solution to solve it.ÿ

A graduate of Binghamton University, Ms. Kiperman earned a Bachelor of Arts in 2005. She then moved on to Yeshiva University Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law where she obtained a Juris Doctor in 2009.

Admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey, Ms. Kiperman is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the New York City Bar, the Brooklyn Bar Association and she serves on the Legal Problems of the Aging Committee and the Trusts, Estates and Surrogate?s Courts Committee for the Association of the Bar of the City of New York. She is also a member of U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.

Ms. Kiperman teaches CLE classes on a variety of topics including estate planning, guardianship, and probate administration with the New York City Bar Association and New York State Bar.
