Attorney Mark L. Richardson is the founder of Richardson Legal, PLLC, in Charlotte, North Carolina. A licensed practitioner in North Carolina and South Carolina, Mr. Richardson did his Bachelor of Science in commerce at the University of Virginia McIntire School of Commerce. After obtaining his Juris Doctor from South Carolina State University School of Law in 1994, he finished his Master of Law in taxation at the University of Florida Levin College of Law.

Mr. Richardson has been certified in estate planning and probate law by the North Carolina State Bar Board of Legal Specialization and in taxation law in South Carolina. He is an active member of the American Bar Association, the North Carolina Bar Association and the South Carolina Bar. He has co-authored many articles on tax planning, estate planning and real estate in magazines and journals such as Estate Planning, Journal of Taxation, The Will and the Way, and Southeast Real Estate Business.
