Cassie J. Tostenson is an attorney at the law firm Nilson Brand Law in Mayville, North Dakota. Ms. Tostenson has over 18 years of experience with estate and probate matters. Raised in Bismarck, North Dakota, Ms. Tostenson graduated from the University of North Dakota with a bachelor?s degree in political science. She went on to earn her law degree, with a public interest certificate, from Santa Clara University School of Law.

Ms. Tostenson is licensed to practice law before the state courts of North Dakota, Minnesota and California, as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of North Dakota and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California. Over the course of her career, she has guided numerous clients through the complexities of the estate planning and probate process.

In her work with cooperative associations and political subdivisions, Ms. Tostenson provides valuable counsel to her clients. She is a respected member of her legal community and is known for her knowledge, competence and professionalism.
