Elaine S. Buck is a partner at the Law Office of Buck & Fish Ltd. Ms. Buck concentrates her practice in collaborative law, mediation, family law, and adoption, handling complex matters involving divorce, custody, adoption and estates.

With specialist certification through Ohio State Bar Association in family law, Ms. Buck is skilled and experienced in mediation and collaborative law. She is a member of International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, trustee of Central Ohio Academy of Collaborative Divorce Professionals, and co-founder/annual co-trainer in Collaborative Practice Training. She has been invited to speak at programs for Columbus Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, Capital University Law School, Ohio House Judiciary Committee, and the Ohio Supreme Court.

A graduate of Brown University and O.S.U. Moritz College of Law and admitted to the Ohio Bar, Ms. Buck has served in many leadership roles in her local community. These include Chairman of the Brown Alumni Schools Committee, Chairman of the board of Syntero Northwest Counseling Services, Chairman of the Upper Arlington Education Foundation Board of Trustees and Trustee of the Upper Arlington Community Foundation. She is a designated fellow of the Ohio State Bar Foundation.
