About Maxwell D. Kinman

A graduate of American University, Mr. Kinman studied international relations with a concentration in economic policy and East Asian studies and attended college on an academic scholarship. While completing his undergraduate degree, he was in the Honors program, taught English courses in China and interned with the United States Department of State.ÿHe then graduated magna cum laude from Indiana University Maurer School of Law with his Juris Doctor. As a moot court Octofinalist and an articles editor for the Indiana Law Journal, he was awarded the Order of Barristers and the Order of the Coif.

Mr. Kinman is currently a member of the American Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, the Cincinnati Bar Association and the Warren County Bar Association.

Admitted to practice in all county and state courts in Ohio, Mr. Kinman is also admitted to practice before a list of federal courts. These include the Supreme Court of the United States, the United States Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit, the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.

Mr. Kinman is a debt relief agent. He helps people file for bankruptcy relief under the U.S. Bankruptcy Code.
