Attorney Karen A. Rolcik is the founder of Rolcik Law Office in West Chester, Ohio. Ms. Rolcik has an estate planning practice and serves clients in Cincinnati, Dayton, Hamilton, West Chester, and surrounding communities. She is experienced in various estate planning matters including wills, trusts, advanced health care directives, and powers of attorney.ÿ Karen is also very knowledgeable in the field of elder law and assists families with guardianships, long term care planning, Medicaid planning, and obtaining Medicaid eligibility.ÿ Ms. Rolcik also represents clients in various matters before probate courts including estate administration, trust administration, and will and trust contests.

In addition to serving clients with their estate planning and elder law needs, Ms. Rolcik is experienced in the areas of business and tax law. She advises individuals regarding business formation, operational matters, tax issues and more.

Ms. Rolcik has been admitted to practice law in Ohio since 1986 and has also appeared before the U.S. Tax Court. She earned a bachelor?s degree in accounting and business administration from Butler University?s Andre B. Lacy School of Business and later graduated from Indiana University Bloomington Maurer School of Law. During law school, she was managing editor of the Indiana Law Journal and a member of the Order of the Coif.

In addition to her formal education, Ms. Rolcik is a certified specialist in estate planning from the Ohio State Bar Association. Her prior legal experience includes working for a variety of private firms in Ohio and Texas. She founded her West Chester-based practice in 2011.
