Attorney Richard F. Meyer is a founding partner of R. F. Meyer & Associates LLC in Worthington, Ohio. Certified as a specialist in Elder Law, Estate Planning, Trusts and Probate law by the Ohio State Bar Association and possessing 40 years of legal experience, Mr. Meyer devotes his practice to assisting individuals and families across his region with their legal matters involving Elder Law, Estate Planning, Probate and Estate Administration, Special Needs Trusts, and Asset Protection.

In addition, he is a member of the Columbus Bar Association Probate Committee and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, among his other professional affiliations.

A 1977 cum laude graduate of Marietta College, Mr. Meyer obtained his Juris Doctor from Capital University Law School in 1980. The Ohio State Bar Association admitted him to practice that same year, and he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit and the U.S. Tax Court.
