The founder of Donna J. Jackson & Associates, PLLC, Donna J. Jackson focuses her practice on estate planning and other aspects of elder law. Based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, she provides representation to clients throughout the state, and she holds a Master of Law degree in elder law from the Stetson University College of Law in Florida. She has been admitted to practice in Oklahoma since 1988, and she is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Oklahoma as well as before the United States Tax Court.

Ms. Jackson is well-versed in the preparation and review of wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, financial and health care powers of attorney, and advance medical directives. She tailors each plan in accordance with the needs and objectives of the particular client, and she guides heirs and beneficiaries of people who have passed away through what can often be a confusing and lengthy probate process. Ms. Jackson?s experience has also encompassed special needs trusts and guardianships, and she provides advice and counsel to her elderly clients and their family members on such issues as Medicaid planning and the available long-term care alternatives, including nursing homes and assisted living facilities. Ms. Jackson possesses both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in accounting from Oklahoma State University, and she is a certified public accountant. Ms. Jackson has served on the board of The National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and is a member of several other professional organizations.
