She obtained her Juris Doctor in 2004, and she is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Oklahoma as well as the U.S. Supreme Court.

A leader in her legal community, Ms. Lively has served as chair of various sections and committees of the Tulsa County Bar Association, and she has published articles and conducted lectures and seminars on a variety of legal topics. She is also an active member of the Oklahoma and American Bar Associations, among her other professional affiliations.

Devoted to her local community as well, Ms. Lively volunteers with the Alzheimer?s Association and Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Green Country, and she provides selfless pro bono work through Legal Aid Services of Oklahoma.
