Matthew McCune is a member of Conlon Tarker, P.C., located in Butler, Pennsylvania. As an undergraduate, he attended Seton Hill University in Greensburg, Pennsylvania, where he majored in political science and received a Bachelor of Arts in 2008. Mr. McCune was a member of the school's varsity baseball team in each of his four years there. Remaining in the state, he pursued his legal education at the Duquesne University School of Law and was awarded his Juris Doctor in 2013. While he was in law school, Mr. McCune served a clerkship with his current firm and also served an internship with the Butler County District Attorney's Office. He is admitted to practice before all Pennsylvania state courts and the Western District of Pennsylvania.

In order to stay abreast of current developments in his field of practice and to forge connections with fellow members of the bar, Mr. McCune is an active participant in a variety of legal organizations. He is a member of the Butler County Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, and Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, having previously served as a member of the Board of Governors.
