A named partner in the Lansdale, Pennsylvania-based full-service firm Rubin, Glickman, Steinberg & Gifford, PC, Jay C. Glickman concentrates his practice on estate planning, estate administration and elder law matters. For more than 40 years, Mr. Glickman has devoted himself to assisting clients in the greater Philadelphia area and statewide in all phases of the estate planning and estate administration process, from the initial stages through the distribution of the estate. He assists individuals and their families with drafting sound wills, trusts, health care directives and other documents, and he also handles guardianships, special needs trusts, and all aspects of estate administration.

Mr. Glickman joined the firm in 1972 after earning his law degree from the Temple University Beasley School of Law and gaining admittance to the state bar. Prior to law school, he attended Pennsylvania State University and obtained a bachelor's degree in business administration in 1967. For three consecutive years, Mr. Glickman has been recognized by U.S. News and World Report as one of the Best Lawyers in America.* Since 2006 and each year thereafter, he been named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer.

When not practicing law, Mr. Glickman is deeply involved in more than 20 professional and community organizations, including the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Montgomery Bar Association, the National Rifle Association and the American Legion. He is an active member of the Community, serving as solicitor for North Star Youth Services; as an officer and board member of the Montgomery Township Planning Commission, Montgomery Township Open Space Committee, the Souderton-Telford Rotary Club, and the Souderton-Telford Fish, Game and Forestry Association; a member of the Advisory Committee on Decedent's Estates Law to the Joint State Government Commission of Pennsylvania, the Hatfield Township Traffic Committee, the American Legion; and also serves as a radio host on WNPV. He was formerly solicitor for and/or a board member of the Montgomery County Development Committee, Frederick Mennonite Community Committee for Social Responsibility, Highlands Community Association, Indian Creek Foundation, the Souderton-Telford Ambulance Association, the Institute for Comprehensive Family Therapy, Valley Center, the North Penn Chapter of the American Red Cross, and an instructor at Delaware Valley College.
