A partner at The Lynch Law Group, LLC, Liberty J. Weyandt focuses on family law matters and chairs the firm's family law practice group. Based in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania, she represents clients throughout Butler, Beaver and Allegheny counties and other parts of the greater Pittsburgh metropolitan area. Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania since 2001, Ms. Weyandt is also admitted to practice in New Jersey as well as before the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit.

A large portion of Ms. Weyandt's client base consists of people who are seeing their marriages coming to an end and who are thus having to face divorce-related legal issues such as property division, child custody and visitation, and spousal and child support. An experienced courtroom advocate for her clients when litigation proves to be necessary, she also has extensive training in mediation and collaborative law, and this allows her to often help her clients come to an accord on these matters through the use of those alternative dispute resolution methods.

In addition to her divorce practice, Ms. Weyandt regularly prepares and reviews prenuptial and postmarital agreements, and she helps people whose marriages have already been legally dissolved and who are attempting to modify or seek the enforcement of existing support and parenting court orders. She has also assisted domestic violence victims in their quest for protective orders from the court. Highly regarded by her colleagues for her successful track record as well as her ethical approach to what are often sensitive and emotional matters, Ms. Weyandt has received a 10.0 "Superb" peer review rating through Avvo and has been selected to the 2021 The Best Lawyers in America list. A 2001 graduate of Syracuse University College of Law, she is a member of the Collaborative Law Association of Southwestern Pennsylvania and other legal groups.
