Hobbs is an elder law, special needs planning, and estate and trusts attorney who represents clients in Montgomery County, Chester County, Bucks County, and Berks County, Pennsylvania. Certified by the National Elder Law Foundation as an elder law attorney, Ms. Hobbs is also authorized by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. Within her practice focus, she handles cases of special needs planning, wills and estate planning, probate and estate administration, veterans benefits, and Medicaid.

With over a decade of experience, Ms. Hobbs is admitted to practice in the state of New Jersey and the state of Pennsylvania. She is a United States Veterans Administration Attorney and earned her Juris Doctor in 2009 from Regent University School of Law. Prior to attending law school, she earned a Bachelor of Arts from Eastern University in 2006 with a major in English literature and a minor in political science.

Ms. Hobbs is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Probate and Real Property, Young Lawyers and Elder Law sections, and is the liaison for the young lawyers division to the Elder Law Section.ÿ She is on the editorial board of NAELA's prestigious Journal. A member of the Montgomery County Bar Association, she is involved with the Leadership Academy and the Young Lawyers Section. She is also the elder law committee?s co-chair and National Director of Elder Law Answers.
