Based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Gusty A. E. Sunseri is the founder of and the principal attorney at Gusty Sunseri & Associates, P.C. He provides representation to people and businesses throughout the greater metropolitan region in a variety of practice areas, including divorce and other family law matters, criminal defense, personal injury and wrongful death litigation, estate planning and administration, elder law, oil and gas, taxation, and business transactions and litigation. Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, Mr. Sunseri is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the Supreme Court of the United States.

Mr. Sunseri's criminal defense practice involves assisting people who are facing misdemeanor or felony charges, including driving under the influence, drug possession, fraud and other white collar offenses, domestic violence, assault and weapons violations. His personal injury cases have included medical malpractice and other forms of negligence, and his other civil litigation experience has encompassed breach of contract actions and employment agreement disputes. Mr. Sunseri has prepared and reviewed wills, trusts, financial and health care powers of attorney and other estate planning documents, and he guides heirs and beneficiaries through the probate process. He assists businesses with sales and acquisitions, and he helps prospective entrepreneurs determine the most optimum form of legal entity for their new ventures.

An All-American football player at Carnegie Mellon University, where he graduated in 1980 with high honors after majoring in both economics and sports management, his legal education came at The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law.
