Hello, my name is Matt Schwimmer. Here is a little about my firm. Statement of Goals: To provide the best legal services possible, to increase client access, and to provide exemplary representation using the most up-to-date technology and by constantly adding to the services we offer. My Prior Experience: I practiced real estate transactions and closings from 2019 to 2021. As a baby attorney fresh out of law school, I served as an Equal Justice Works/AmeriCorps Elder Justice fellow, based out of West Tennessee Legal Services in Jackson, TN from 2016 to 2018, and as an elder law general practice attorney from 2018 to 2019. We provided free general legal services and education related to elder abuse in our respective states from Florida tot Alaska. My Services: Though I provide legal services to my clients whenever possible. I mainly practice in the areas of real estate closings and transactions, other real estate issues, elder law, estate planning, and some probate services. I also offer representation in Shelby County, Tennessee Environmental Court proceedings. Please contact me about the latter, whether you have been cited for a violation, or if you are interested in how you can acquire major nuisance properties. Finally, I provide unique services based on my Fellowship experience, including conservatorship, mental health and healthcare planning, Long-Term Care issues, and other matters affecting vulnerable adults, people with cognitive disabilities, those experiencing mental health issues, and others.
