Morgan Pettigrew is a general civil law practitioner that graduated at the top of her class from Mississippi College School of Law in 2014 and passed the Tennessee Bar Exam all before her 25th birthday. During her first years as a young attorney, Morgan negotiated commercial contracts and worked with the Shelby County Teachers Union on labor and employment law issues. Three years ago Morgan started representing Arnold Rental exclusively in all Landlord Tenant Law issues as well as serving as Executive Business Advisor. Morgan officially opened The Pettigrew Firm October 19, 2018 and plans to continue working with real estate investors and landlords, as well as providing the Greater Memphis Area with a fresh outlook on general civil litigation and practice. Morgan specializes in contract drafting and negotiations and breach of contract litigation, landlord tenant law, business consulting, personal injury, and estate planning.
