I have been a licensed attorney in Tennessee since 1974. I am in practice in the association of Rutherford & DeMarco, which consists of three other attorneys?all of whom are also my first cousins. My grandfather and his brother started the association in 1890 and I practiced law with three of my uncles prior to their deaths.
