The founder of his eponymous law firm, Brian M. Cromeens divides his practice among business and other types of civil litigation, probate administration and disputes, residential and commercial real estate transactions, fiduciary responsibilities, legal malpractice, oil and gas, and agricultural law involving farm and ranch property rights. Located in San Antonio, Texas, he represents clients throughout the greater metropolitan area, including Bexar County. Admitted to practice before all Texas state courts since 2012, Mr. Cromeens is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas.

Mr. Cromeens has an extensive background in title research and defects, and in this regard, he has represented oil and gas companies and other property owners, with some of his experience encompassing the preparation of title opinions on behalf of exploration companies, both as an attorney and as a professional landman. He has also handled property acquisitions, helping to prepare and review purchase agreements and other relevant documents.

Outside of his practice, Mr. Cromeens has a strong interest in rodeo and livestock shows, and he is a member of an organization whose purpose is to provide scholarships to children who are interested in agriculture. He has also volunteered a great deal of his time to the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo, another organization that furnishes scholarships and grants to young Texas residents.

As an undergraduate, Mr. Cromeens attended Texas A&M University, where he majored in agricultural leadership and development and received a Bachelor of Science in 2006. He subsequently decided to pursue a legal education and enrolled at St. Mary's University School of Law, and he served several clerkships before being awarded his Juris Doctor in 2011.
