Chris and his wife Toni are extensively involved in?charitable giving and civic engagement ?in the Dallas community.ÿ Chris served as a City Councilman in Cedar Hill for 9 years, Mayor Pro Tem of Cedar Hill for 2 years, and as a Dallas County Truancy Court Magistrate.ÿ In addition, Chris sits on numerous boards in Texas and is a sought-after?public speaker.? Chris, Toni, and their 2 children currently reside in Highland Park, Texas and are active members of The Oaks Church in Red Oak, Texas.ÿÿ

Chris received his Bachelor of Science from Southwestern Assemblies of God University, his Juris Doctorate from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law and his Master of Laws, Tax Law and Taxation from Southern Methodist University.ÿ
